American Donut Association first annual meetup - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Please join us for the first annual American Donut Association meetup February 1, 2027 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This two day event will have several different tracks you can pick and choose which classes you would like to see.

Each of the 2 day sessions will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM.

The following is a tentative list of the classes:

Working with donut equipment: fryers, robots, hoppers and plungers, proofers, sheeters -tables - and cutters. mixers,

Trouble shooting your donuts - we'll address the most common problems people encounter when beginning to make donuts.

Tips and Tricks for optimizing your business.

Monitoring and adjusting prices and costs. What should I charge?

Ingredients - how to find the Best Buy on donut supplies. how to save on shipping costs. what is the shelf life on different ingredients? What can be refrigerated and for how long?
